It is durable, long wearing, scratch resistant, stain resistant, and it extends paint life to interior and exterior floors and garage floors. New concrete must have cured for a minimum of 30 days. Freshly painted surfaces must have cured for a minimum of 72 hours. Apply in light, even coats with a solvent resist roller (1/4'' nap on smooth surfaces or 3/8'' nap for rough surfaces) or pump sprayer set at a fine spray. Covers approximately 150 to 500 sq. ft. per gallon, depending on surface porosity. May add anti skid additive to reduce slips. Dries in 2 hours and will accept vehicle traffic in 72 hours.
